Campaign
For Arlekin’s 15th Birthday, founder and artistic director Igor Golyak shares his vision for Arlekin’s next chapter, announces Spring plans, and launches the Arlekin Vision Fund Campaign!
Our dream is to fundamentally transform what audiences believe theater can be. During our next chapter, by establishing a new paradigm where artistry, risk, invention and technological experimentation collide, free of conventional constraints, we will create theater that is deeply resonant, activate artists and audiences to metabolize, participate, and co-create experiences that touch our souls, illuminate the complexity of our shared humanity, and inspire connection across borders, cultures and perspectives.
Arlekin is committed to:
BEAUTY — We pursue artistic excellence that captures harmony and dissonance in equal measure
EMPATHY — We create work that nurtures understanding and connection across human experience, inspiring compassion
MEANING — We craft performances that probe contemporary human painpoints, explore difficult topics, and provoke deep reflection
CHALLENGE — We embrace obstacles as catalysts for creativity and innovation
COLLABORATION — We foster environments where artists can take risks, remain vulnerable, and co-create with trust
AUTHENTICITY — We honor the integrity of our artistic vision and process without compromise
BRAVERY — We venture into uncharted creative territory with conviction and purpose
Please give what you can! Donate to help Arlekin Raise $24,000 to support our vision and to launch the next chapter or groundbreaking, inventive theatre. We’ve had an extraordinary 15 years. But the past is prologue, and the next phase of work will be the most exciting yet. We can’t do it without you, and ask for your collaboration.
