THE FRINGE
a documentary film by Anton Nikolayev
WATCH THE TRAILER!
Independent director Anton Nikolayev beautifully captures the world of an immigrant community formed in greater Boston and, in recognizing the need to express themselves, created a grassroots theater headed by Founding Artistic Director Igor Golyak. The Fringe is an independent documentary film project by Snow Owl Productions and Anton Nikolayev that follows Arlekin’s community of Russian immigrants over nearly three years with rehearsal and performance footage and interviews. It is a glimpse into behind the scenes of an immigrant fringe art organization trying to make it in the new homeland.
